Purposes and legal basis for processing data related to the use of the website and contained in cookies

NDI processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

  • to use the full range of functionality of the websites and to present our products and services on the websites – the legal basis is the consent you have given (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  • personal data processed in cookies, used for technical configuration, to tailor website content to preferences and interests, to detect bots and abuse of services – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of the processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to carry out analytical and statistical research by analysing your activities, as well as your preferences, in order to improve the functionalities used and the services provided – the legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • to establish, exercise or defend claims relating to the use of the website or the processing of personal data – the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting our rights.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics cookies are cookies used to analyse your use of the website, to create statistics and reports on how the website works. Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) is a tool that allows sponsored links to be displayed in the search results of the Google search engine and on sites that cooperate with the Google AdSense programme. Data analytics is implemented by selecting keywords and by selecting the websites on which Google Ads will be displayed.

Facebook pixels

A facebook pixel is a code that, when placed on a website, acts as a very good analytical tool. From the moment it is uploaded, it records important data that can later be used in campaigns and targeting advertising to precise audiences.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity is a user behavior analytics tool that helps us analyze how users interact with our website, which allows us to improve its usability. Microsoft Clarity collects information related to user activity on the site, such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse movements. The tool has the ability to record user session playbacks and generate so-called heatmaps of interactions with the page. This data is used solely for analytical purposes and is not used to identify users.

Rights concerning data processing

You have the right to access your data and to receive a copy, and the right to rectify, amend, complete, erase, restrict processing, the right to request data portability, and the right to object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending claims.
