Cukrownia is a project combining various urban functions in one cohesive space. Here, on the site of the former Pruszcz Sugar Factory from the late 19th century, a new part of the city is planned – thoughtfully designed, open, and close. We will live, work, meet, and relax here. With a plan. With character. With an atmosphere that fosters building good relationships.

The heart of the entire project will be the revitalized former sugar factory building – open to residents, with social and symbolic functions. A city square is planned adjacent to it, which will be handed over to Pruszcz Gdański as a common area accessible to all. A hotel, office, and restaurant zone are planned within the restored interiors of the former sugar factory.

The first phase of the project will feature 100 comfortable apartments in two modern buildings. The intimate, low-rise residential and commercial development will be interspersed with greenery, educational spaces, and recreational areas.

Search for an apartment

The buyer will be obligated to bear all costs related to the operation of the premises and the maintenance of the common property from the date of handover, in accordance with the terms described in the development agreement, including the date of transfer of ownership to the developer. The buyer may also be obligated to bear additional costs related to the selection of additional options offered by the developer, such as tenant changes, which are negotiated individually, in accordance with the terms described in the development agreement.

The first phase of the development comprises a small residential building on Chopina Street. It will feature 100 functional apartments of varying sizes. The top floor features an attic with uniquely designed apartments – ideal for those who appreciate the atmosphere of loft spaces.
