Get your finished flat as soon as all owners get the keys and... move in immediately! Our design department will complete your personalised made-to-measure design in time so you can enjoy your lovely apartment from day one.
The turnkey service follows from our comprehensive approach to construction, where we are responsible for all stages of the process, from the design to the purchase of materials to the final finishing. This includes the installation of floors, painting of walls, installation of joinery, electrics, and plumbing.
Thanks to our experience in the premium property market, your flat will be finished to a high standard. The design department creates the design and oversees its implementation. We give you an apartment ready for additional fittings or fully finished as a turnkey project.
The service saves you time and effort, and the completion date of the finished apartment is the same as for unfinished units. The scope of the work is tailored to your needs and linked to the offer for the selected investment. Many of our buildings are completed to a higher standard than the typical developer’s standard. In the case of typical investment offers, we develop the style and interior design of the units.
Why work with us?
The individual finishing design is created in cooperation with our design department, which compiles the requirements, prepares the functional and stylistic concept, and exercises engineering supervision of the interior design and finishing. We can start the design work as soon as the reservation is made. Once the work is completed, you get the keys to your unit.
Finishing work can include moving/removing walls, electrical work, plumbing, painting, tiling, carpentry, and the delivery of selected furniture and accessories. We work with preselected experienced contractors. With our contacts and regular contractor supervision, we ensure short lead times.
Style within your reach
We will prepare two styles of turnkey finishes for each project. These are complete designs that also include details such as fabrics and decorations.
Select your standard
You can choose the extent of finishing work for the styles proposed by our interior designers. In selected investments, finishing is included in the price of the apartment.
Silver
Units prepared for carpentry work and furnishing. The unit is delivered as follows:
- fully finished bathroom and toilet with high-end ceramic sanitary ware, shower/bathtub and fittings from renowned manufacturers
- on-wall mirror
- internal doors
- flooring – panels and skirting boards
- walls finished to the chosen style, including the band in the kitchenette
Gold
The unit is finished with built-in carpentry and a kitchen:
- built-in wardrobes
- shelving and special storage systems
- decorative carpentry such as lamellas, partitions, TV cases
- kitchen furniture
- built-in household appliances from renowned manufacturers
Platinum
Unit ready to move into or rent out. In addition to carpentry finishes and built-ins, the unit has:
- full ceiling, wall, and free-standing lighting
- furniture – beds, sofas, tables, chairs, coffee tables, desks
- textiles – carpets, curtains, drapes
- decorations – posters, pictures, mirrors, vases
