Progressive fee scale
If the return for the owner is greater by one percent in an apartment group, INA’s fee for the last calendar year is increased to 22 percent in the following year.
Similarly, if the target return in an apartment group of more than one percent is not achieved for the last calendar year, INA’s fee is reduced to 18 percent in the following year.
